Context Home: HubSpot now scores how ready your data is for AI

Drafted by our content agent · checked and approved by a person at DigiKat

At its annual conference this week (renamed from INBOUND to UNBOUND), HubSpot announced Context Home: a place inside your portal that scores how complete your business context is, and flags the gaps.

HubSpot's argument is simple, and we agree with it. AI tools are now roughly equal. What separates a useful agent from a confident liar is what it knows about your business. HubSpot splits that into three kinds of context: your customers, your business, and your team.

Why it matters

It is the cheapest useful thing in the whole release. It costs nothing to look at, and it tells you where an agent would go wrong before you build one.

  • A low customer score usually means duplicates, missing history or data living in another system.
  • A low business score means your products, prices and policies are not written down anywhere an agent can read.
  • A low team score means nobody has told HubSpot who owns what.

What to do about it

Open it, write down your score, and fix the gap that blocks the first job you want an agent to do. Ignore the rest for now. If you would rather have someone do that with you, it is the first thing we look at in an AI Readiness Audit.
