How we use AI
An agent company should be plain about its own use of AI. This is ours.
On this website
Kat, the assistant on this site, is an AI. She says so. She can be wrong. She quotes only our published prices and hands you to a person whenever you ask.
If you talk to Kat by voice or ask her to call you, the call may be recorded, and you are told first. We only call a number once, and only with your consent.
With your details
Kat passes a conversation to our team only when you type your email and tick the box. It is stored on your contact record in our HubSpot, where you can ask us to delete it.
In our client work
Every agent we build follows five rules: context first, native first, people approve anything that matters, one record, and limits published before go-live. Each agent ships with a label. If it is not on the label, the agent cannot do it.
Automated decisions
Where an agent makes or substantially helps make a decision that affects you, we say so, and a person can review it.
