Edencraft International
Australian maker of high-performance fibreglass trailer boats.
About Edencraft International
Edencraft International builds high-performance fibreglass trailer boats in Australia for recreational and commercial boating. The boats are known for build quality, durability and handling in rough marine conditions. The business spans three things at once: the boats, an accessories line and a workshop service operation.
The problem
Three brands, boats, accessories and workshop services, were running across separate systems, so nothing joined up and the workflows did not match each other. Marketing sat in the same state, with event promotions, Facebook ads and Google ads each managed on their own and no coordinated read on what was generating leads. The sharpest problem was production. Every boat is custom built, and tracking build progress was manual, which meant delay risk on the factory floor and a customer asking where their boat is that nobody could answer precisely.
How we approached it
For a custom manufacturer the real system of record is the build, not the deal, so the production tracker was the centre of this job rather than an add-on. Every boat got a unique number in HubSpot with its build progress tracked against it, which gave the team live visibility and gave sales a truthful answer for the customer. Around that, the three brands were consolidated into one HubSpot account so boats, accessories and workshop work could be seen together. Marketing and sales were then wired onto the same platform, so an ad click and a boat in the factory sit on one record instead of in two systems.
What we built
- Single HubSpot account covering boats, accessories and workshop services
- Custom boat production tracking system with a unique number per boat
- Real-time build progress visible to sales and service teams
- Sales pipeline with automated lead management and follow-ups
- Event, Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaign tracking in HubSpot
What changed
Live production tracking cut build timelines 25% and let the team give customers accurate updates instead of estimates. Coordinated event and digital advertising lifted lead generation 40%. Automated pipelines and follow-ups raised sales conversion 20%, and joining marketing, sales and service into one journey lifted customer satisfaction 15%. Operational efficiency across the business improved 30%, with the three brands managed from one place.
