    DigiKat develops the Nexus Module Suite to help HubSpot users extend and enhance the functionality of their website, landing pages, and digital experiences with ease.

    This policy applies to all individual modules available via the HubSpot Marketplace, including but not limited to:

    • Nexus Media Lightbox

    • Nexus Google Maps

    • Nexus Event Calendar

    • Nexus Support Bar

    • Nexus MP3 Audio Player

    • Nexus Image Comparer

    • Nexus Timeline

    • Nexus Reveal Content

    • Nexus Table of Contents

    • Nexus Animated Counter

    • Nexus Shopify Buy Button

    • Nexus Lottie Player

    • Nexus Job Listing

    • Nexus LMS

     

    Pre-Purchase Guidance

    To ensure a successful outcome, all Nexus modules:

    • Include detailed descriptions and feature summaries

    • Are compatible with HubSpot CMS themes and templates

    • Are supported by our Nexus Knowledge Base and documentation

    We strongly recommend reviewing the product listing and documentation before purchasing, and reaching out to our support team if clarification is needed.

     

    Refund Policy

    Due to the nature of digital products and HubSpot’s architecture, we do not offer refunds once a module has been downloaded or installed into a portal.

    Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

    • Change of mind after purchase

    • The module does not meet subjective expectations

    • The module was purchased in error

    • Insufficient technical knowledge to implement or customise the module

    • Business or project requirements changed after installation

    Modules are delivered as source-accessible assets and cannot be “returned” once installed, which is consistent with standard digital product practices.

     

    Limited Exceptions

    Refunds or credits may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:

    • Duplicate purchases of the same module

    • Verified, non-resolvable technical fault that prevents the module from functioning as described, where DigiKat support has not been able to provide a fix

    All refund requests must be made in writing within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. All decisions are at the sole discretion of DigiKat.

    • Basic email support for setup or troubleshooting

    • Paid support and implementation services for advanced integration or customisation
