It’s been a busy and exciting time at DigiKat lately, and I wanted to take a moment to share some updates with you. As always, our top priority is to make sure you receive the best possible service and support, but with so much happening behind the scenes, we’ve made some exciting changes to keep things running smoothly—and to offer you even more value.

The HubSpot Revolution: So Many Features, So Much Interest!

If you’ve been following HubSpot lately, you’ll know that the platform has been on a tear, rolling out new features left, right, and centre. From advanced automation tools to AI-powered enhancements, HubSpot is quickly evolving into the ultimate all-in-one solution for businesses of every size.

Naturally, this has led to an explosion of interest in the tool. Businesses are realising the power of HubSpot to streamline operations, enhance marketing, and drive sales. And here at DigiKat, we’ve certainly felt the impact. The number of inquiries we’ve received about HubSpot onboarding, system optimisation, and advanced integrations has skyrocketed—and that’s where our latest changes come in.

New Roles at DigiKat: Growth and New Faces

With all the growth and increased demand, it’s more important than ever for us to stay ahead of the curve and ensure we’re able to serve you better than ever. As part of that commitment, I’m thrilled to announce some key changes to our leadership team that will help us provide even more support for your business.

Josh’s New Role: General Manager

Josh, a trusted member of the DigiKat team, has taken on the role of General Manager. With all the new developments and growing client demand, it’s the perfect time for Josh to step into this leadership role.

In his new position, Josh will oversee DigiKat's day-to-day operations and continue working closely with our clients to ensure everything runs smoothly. His focus will be on driving our projects forward, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring that DigiKat remains at the forefront of innovation in the HubSpot space. He’ll still be deeply involved in client work, particularly in making sure our solutions deliver maximum value to your business.

John’s New Role: Customer Success Manager

And then there’s John, one of DigiKat’s most dedicated team members. I’m excited to share that John has been promoted to Customer Success Manager.

John’s new role is all about you—our clients. He’ll be your main point of contact moving forward, ensuring that everything runs smoothly with your projects and that your goals are always front and centre. Whether it’s making sure your systems are running optimally or providing proactive recommendations, John is the go-to guy for ensuring your continued success with DigiKat.

You can expect seamless communication, faster resolutions, and a laser focus on keeping everything on track. With John at the helm of client support, we’re committed to making sure your experience with DigiKat is nothing short of exceptional.
